This was my morning before my meeting today.
Workout: 50 jumping jacks, 70 push ups, run in place 1min, 60 multiple (different type) crunches, 20 mountain climbs, 15 explosion sqauts (on the way up jump), 15 low hand to thigh squats (slide left to right), broken down in sets of 20 or 10. *Exercise was not in typed order.
Breakfast: oatmeal- raisins, cranberries, walnuts, & banana.
Drink: Water, 2% milk-1pint
2 table spoons of scrambled eggs, pinch shredded cheese, spinach, and salsa.
