Breakfast of Champions

This is how to get the day started of with freshness. First you need a work horse. My work horse for this job is my Cuisinart 350 watt blender. Next the ingredients: All fruits are frozen so it’s no need for ice. About a ½ cup of mixed berries (raspberry,blueberry), 4 strawberries cut in ¼, ½ banana, table spoon of plain nonfat yogurt, some artesian water, rice milk, steel cut oatmeal in powder form, and last your favorite protein powder. My favorite powder is Muscle Milk Naturals Strawberry. Blend it all up and enjoy!
